Link and Unlink Invoices to an Appointment


You can now link and unlink invoices to appointments within the same location. This makes it easier to manage rescheduled appointments, switch between on-site and virtual appointments, and replace invoices, while ensuring the correct invoice is always attached to the correct booking.



Step-by-Step



1. Open an appointment from the Schedule view. Here, you can see that no invoice is attached. To link an existing invoice, click "Link"




2. You’ll see all invoices issued for the same location as the appointment. Click the invoice you want to link to the appointment.




3. Click "Link Invoice"




4. You can link multiple invoices to the same appointment. Click "Link" again to attach additional invoices if you want.




5. To unlink an invoice from the appointment, click "Unlink". You can then link the invoice to another appointment if needed.




6. You can also link an invoice to an appointment from the invoice view. Go to Patient360 -> Financials -> Invoices, select the invoice you want to link, and click "+ Link appointment".




7. You’ll see a list of all appointments at the location where the invoice is issued. Select the appointment you want to link to the invoice.




8. Click "Link appointment"
