Create an Editable Invoice
This guide explains how to create an editable (open) invoice. An open invoice lets you add or change items before it’s finalized and sent to the patient.
Step-by-Step
1. To create an open invoice, add the items and services you want to include.

2. Once it's ready, click on "Save as Open Invoice"

3. You can view the invoice and download it as a PDF but the patient cannot pay it yet and has not been notified that they have an invoice to pay.

4. If you need to edit the invoice or create the final one, click on "More Actions".

5. Click on "Edit"

6. Make the necessary changes. You can add, remove, or adjust services and products as needed.

7. When you’re done, choose "Save as Open Invoice" to keep the invoice editable for future updates.

8. When the patient is ready to pay, click "Create Invoice". The invoice is then finalized, can no longer be edited, and the patient will be notified that it’s ready for payment.
