Create an Invoice for an Appointment
This article walks you through how to create an invoice for an appointment in the Schedule view. You can also create an invoice for an appointment from Patient360.

If you want to create an invoice for a product—for example, if a patient visits the clinic to make a purchase without having an appointment, there is one way to create the invoice:
Step-by-Step
1. In the Schedule, hover over the appointment you want to create an appointment for. You can also click on the appointment and open up the sidebar.
2. Click on the + icon to create a new invoice.
3. If you are in the sidebar, simply click on "Create" in the Invoice section
4. The invoice will be automatically filled in with details from the patient and the appointment. Just double-check everything, and add anything that’s missing.
5. You can add additional services or products
6. Set the due date
7. You can also add instalments if the patient should pay a down-payment, for example.
8. You can choose to set the instalments to either a fixed sum or a percentage.
9. When everything is ready, click on "Send"
10. You'll have the option to either send the invoice to the patient, and they will be able to pay it in the Adoreal app. They will be notified that they have an invoice to pay.
11. You can also pay it directly, if the patient is standing before you.
12. Now, you'll see the invoice when you hover over the appointment in the schedule.
