View Cancelled Appointments in the Dashboard
In the Dashboard you can view all appointments that have been cancelled, helping you keep track of changes in the schedule without searching through individual bookings. You can filter by timeframe and location, review who cancelled and why, and add internal notes when needed. This makes it easy to stay updated and follow up when necessary.

Step-by-Step
1. Click Cancelled appointments in the Activity widget to see all appointments that have been cancelled.

2. The list shows every appointment that was cancelled today, including who cancelled (clinic or patient) and the reason.

3. Use the dropdown to switch between Today, Past 7 days, or Past 30 days, and apply the location filter if you want to narrow the list.

4. Click the Internal Note icon to document anything related to the cancellation.
