Review Pending Draft Journals
The Draft Journals section shows all journal entries that still need to be completed and published. It helps you keep track of unfinished notes, follow up efficiently, and ensure that every patient visit is properly documented. From here, you can open, edit, and publish each draft directly.
⚠️ Draft journals that aren’t published within 2 weeks will be published automatically and the task will disappear from the list

Step-by-Step
1. Under Draft Journals, you’ll see all journal entries that have not been published yet.

2. It shows every unpublished entry along with the patient’s name, due date, and the assigned provider. If there are many entries, you can filter the list by provider.

3. Click the arrow next to the entry to open the draft journal in Patient360

4. Click the draft entry to open it for editing and publishing.

5. Make any necessary edits to the journal entry. When you’re ready, click Complete and Publish to finalize it.

6. Once published, the draft will be removed from the Draft Journals list on your Dashboard.
