Create and Manage Tasks
The Tasks feature lets you create and manage manual tasks for yourself and your colleagues, helping you stay organized throughout the day. You can review tasks assigned to you, mark them as completed or high priority, and create new tasks when follow-ups are needed. You can also open the full task list to see both manual and system-generated tasks in one place for a complete overview of what needs attention across the clinic.

Step-by-Step
1. This guide walks you through how to review, update, and create tasks in Adoreal. You’ll learn how to manage manually created tasks assigned to you, view tasks assigned across the clinic, and create new tasks for yourself or colleagues.

2. Click My Tasks in the Activity panel to see all tasks assigned to you.

3. You’ll see a list of all manually created tasks you need to complete. Click any task to view or edit the details.

4. Click the circle next to a task to mark it as done.

5. Click the star icon to mark a task as high priority.

6. To create a new task, click "Add task"

7. You can also click the + button in the Dashboard to create a new task.

8. Enter the title, select the patient, and choose who the task should be assigned to.
Set the due date and time, and add any notes or instructions.

9. Check High Priority to mark the task as urgent

10. Click Save to add the task to the list.

11. To see every task in the clinic, including system-generated tasks such as Set arrival time and Publish journal entry, click Open all tasks

12. You can also click the checklist icon in the navigation bar to open the full task list.

13. In the full task view, you’ll see both manual and system-generated tasks, along with details such as patient, assignee, and due date.

14. Use the tabs to toggle between your own tasks and tasks assigned to your colleagues.

15. Use the filters to narrow down tasks by patient, created by, or assigned to.
