Step-by-step

1. The Dashboard shows all upcoming appointments and tasks for the day, helping you understand your schedule and ensuring tasks are completed ahead of each appointment.

2. Each appointment lists the location, service, and treatment provider, so you can quickly see who is coming in and where they’re scheduled.

3. Click an appointment to open the appointment sidebar

4. The colored dot tells you the appointment type, such as consultation, surgery, or post-op, using the same colors as the Schedule.

5. You can see and update the appointment status as the patient arrives, begins treatment, or checks out to keep the entire clinic aligned

6. If an appointment is virtual, a Join Online button appears so you can connect right from the Dashboard.

7. The task icon shows how many required tasks the patient has completed. When all tasks are done, the icon turns green, letting you know the patient is fully prepared.

8. Icons on each appointment show if the patient has internal notes or has reported allergies or bloodborne diseases in their Health Declaration.

9. You can also see whether an invoice has been created and the patient has paid.

10. If no invoice exists yet, you can create one directly from the Dashboard.

11. Click the three dots to access more options for managing the appointment and the patient

12. From here, you can:

  • Create a task for yourself or a colleague

  • View internal notes

  • Book a follow-up appointment

  • Reschedule or cancel the current appointment

13. You can also create a new appointment by clicking the + sign

14. Need more patient details? Click the patient’s profile picture to open their Patient360 page.

15. For a more precise overview, use the location filter to switch between different clinics and see only appointments for a specific practise

16. You can also filter by treatment provider, appointment type, or status, helping you focus on what’s most relevant.

17. Use the date selector to review past or upcoming appointments, helping you stay organized and plan ahead.
