Step-by-step
1. The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of today’s appointments and all pending tasks. This helps you streamline your workflow, making it easier to manage your pace and stay ahead of the clinic’s schedule.

2. The Appointments section gives you a complete snapshot of all appointments happening today, including the patient, service, provider, location, appointment type, status, and invoice information. This helps you stay organized and prepared for each patient throughout the day.

3. The Activity widget gathers all tasks that require your attention, such as setting arrival times, publishing draft journals, and completing manual tasks.
It also highlights cancelled appointments, helping you adjust your workflow, reassign staff time, or fit in patients from the waiting list.

4. The Pending Patient Tasks section lets you easily track patients who still need to complete required steps, such as the Health Declaration or Silhouette. This ensures patients are fully prepared before their appointment and helps reduce delays in the clinic.
