Part 2: Journal, Medication Log, Customer Journey - Navigate in Patient 360 (Part 2)
Part 3: Bookings, Invoices, Internal Notes - Navigate in Patient 360 (Part 3)
Step-by-Step
1. Open the “Patient 360” view by selecting a patient from the patient list or by using the search bar.
From here, you’ll get a complete overview of the patient, including:
- Upcoming bookings and appointment details
- Status of their Silhouette (if completed)
- Any uploaded images or media files
- Existing journal entries or internal notes
2. Click on the “Patient” tab in the left-hand menu. This opens the Patient Information section.
From here, you can click “Edit” to update key patient detail.
3. Click on "Edit" to be able to do any changes
4. Navigate to the Health Declaration tab. The Health Declaration is a digital questionnaire that provides the clinic with essential medical background before the patient’s visit. It helps the provider prepare and tailor the treatment plan based on the patient’s answers.
Patients can fill out this form through the Adoreal app prior to their appointment. If the patient hasn’t completed it in advance, you can also add it manually in here.
5. This is how the Health Declaration looks when filled in manually. Make sure to click “Save Changes” to update the patient’s record.
6. In this section, you can view whether the patient has signed any consent forms linked to upcoming appointments.
7. Silhouette is a questionnaire that patients fill out in their Adoreal account before a visit. It helps your clinic understand their goals, concerns, and treatment preferences ahead of the consultation.
If the patient hasn’t filled it in yet, it will show as empty.
8. If your clinic has a Crisalix account, you can view, create, and manage 3D face and breast simulations directly from the Crisalix tab.
9. After clicking the Media tab, you’ll be able to view and manage all images and files related to the patient — all in one place.
In this section you can:
- Filter by source (e.g. journal entries) or by date
- Switch between grid or list view
- Preview, download, or bulk download files
- Compare two images side-by-side (e.g. for before/after results)
- See related journal entries linked to a specific image
