Cancel an Appointment

There are different places in the platform where you can cancel an appointment. In this article, we will guide you through how to cancel a surgery appointment from the Schedule View.

Step-by-Step

1. Click on "Schedule"

2. Click on the appointment you wish to cancel

3. A window will appear on the right. Click the trash icon to delete the appointment

4. Click on "Continue"

5. Select a reason for the cancellation and click on "Cancel Appointment"

6. You will now see that the appointment has been removed
