Create Custom Tags

Custom tags let you mark patients with anything relevant to your clinic. Use them to flag medical conditions such as allergies or contraindications, highlight VIP status, or manage sensitive cases — anything your team needs to be aware of when handling a patient.

Unlike default tags, custom tags are assigned manually by staff and have no predefined criteria. You decide what to track and when to apply them.

Once created, a workflow can be added to trigger an automated action when the tag is assigned.
