Assigning and Removing tags


Default tags are assigned automatically by the system but can also be added and removed manually. Custom tags are assigned manually by staff.


Tags assigned to a patient are visible in the patient's Patient 360 or the appointment sidebar, so any staff member handling the patient can have the relevant context.


If a tag has a workflow attached, it will trigger automatically when the tag is assigned — sending out a form or activating a booking restriction. No additional steps are needed.
