Understanding Patient360
Patient360 gives you a complete, structured view of each patient in one place. From medical documentation and forms to financials, appointments, images, and internal notes, it brings together all patient information so you can quickly understand their history and prepare for their visit. Whether you’re reviewing their goals, checking outstanding tasks, or accessing invoices and journals, Patient360 helps you stay informed and deliver a smooth, personalized patient experience.
Step-by-step
1. To go to a patient's Patient360, find the patient in the Patient's list and click "View Details". You can also search for the email address or name in the search bar.

2. The Overview tab is your landing page in Patient360. It gives you an instant snapshot of key details such as contact information, the latest booking, Silhouette status, outstanding invoices, and recent medical notes. This helps you understand the patient's situation at a glance before diving deeper

3. The Patient tab contains the patient's full contact information. This is also where you access their Health Declaration, making it easy to confirm medical history and safety information before an appointment.

4. The Silhouette tab shows the patient’s questionnaire answers about their goals, motivations, timeline, and expectations. This helps you tailor consultations and prepare for a more personalized conversation.

5. The Crisalix tab displays all 3D simulations — both those created in the clinic and those shared by the patient. You can also create a new simulation directly from here by clicking Create 3D.

6. Patient Files shows every image and file uploaded for the patient, whether they came from journal entries, internal notes, or were added manually. You can also see whether each item is shared with the patient or kept internal.

7. Click the arrow next to Patient Files to open Forms.
Here you can review all dynamic forms and consents sent to the patient, see whether they’ve signed them, and check when they were completed. This ensures all required documentation is in place ahead of treatments.

8. The Journal tab contains all journal entries, both draft and published. Published entries are visible to the patient in their app.

9. Use Internal Notes when you need to add details that should remain clinic-only. These notes are not visible to the patient and are useful for operational follow-ups, context, or staff communication.

10. The Medication Log shows all medications prescribed to the patient. You can also add new medications here, helping you keep treatment and prescription history up to date.

11. The Customer Journey tab gives a chronological log of key actions such as appointments booked, invoices created or paid, forms sent, and refunds issued. This makes it easy to understand the patient’s full history with the clinic at a glance.

12. The Financials tab lists all quotes and invoices created for the patient, including their status, issue date, and expiry. You can also create new ones from here

13. The Bookings tab shows the patient’s full appointment history — both past and upcoming — including appointment type, provider and location. You can add new appointments here as well
