1. Navigate to a patient's Patient360 and click on "Patient Files"

2. Here, you can upload your images and files. If you've uploaded files and images to a journal entry, they will automatically appear here.

3. Simply drag-and-drop or click to upload.

4. You can choose to share the files and images with the patient. Shared files are automatically sent to the Patient Records section in the consumer app

5. Once you are ready, click "Upload files"

6. Next, review your Share settings and click "Upload & Share" to confirm

7. Once uploaded, you can choose to see all files and images, or view only shared or internal.

8. You'll always have the source of the image at a glance, such as Media or Journal entry.

9. You can also quickly see if a file is Shared or only Internal

10. If you have multiple files, you can search by the name to find them easily

11. You can also filter based on upload date, source and file format.
