Share a Quote with a Patient
Share the quote so the patient can review it and request changes if needed. You can update the quote anytime before it’s approved to make sure all details are correct.
Quotes are valid for 45 days from the date they’re created and will automatically expire if not approved within that time.

Step-by-Step
1. Navigate to a patient's Patient360 and click "Financials"
2. You can share a quote in two ways. The first way is to click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the quote you want to share...
3. ...and then click ‘Download PDF’
4. Alternatively, click directly on the Quote ID to open the full quote view
5. Click "More Actions"
6. Select Download PDF.
7. The PDF will be downloaded to your computer and you can share it with the patient through email.
