What Patient Information is Shared with the Clinic?

When a patient creates a new account using the same email address you have on file, all the information entered during the setup process will automatically appear in their Patient360.

If the patient updates or adds more information later, what gets shared with the clinic depends on whether the patient is linked to multiple clinics or just yours.

If the patient is only associated with you

If the patient is not linked to any other clinic, any updates to their account will be automatically shared with you, and the information in Patient360 will be updated accordingly.

If the patient is associated with multiple clinics

When a patient is linked to multiple clinics, they will need to choose what information, if any, they wish to share with each clinic when saving the updates.
