Customize Schedule Colors

Color-coding your schedule makes it easier to scan the calendar and immediately recognize what's happening at a glance — whether a slot is a consultation, a surgery, or a specific treatment your clinic offers.

You can assign colors in two ways:

• Set a default color for each appointment type (e.g., consultation, surgery, post-op/follow-up), and every appointment of that type will display in that color across your schedule. 
• Assign a color to an individual service — for example, giving Breast Augmentation its own color regardless of whether it's booked as a consultation or a surgery. A service color always takes precedence over the appointment type color.
