Add Internal Notes To an Appointment
You can add internal notes to an appointment, which is useful if you want to have specific information or agreements at hand when meeting the patient.
⚠️ Internal notes are only visible to the staff members, not the patient.
Step by step
1. When you create an appointment, you'll have the option to add internal notes specific to that appointment. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see the Notes field.
2. These notes are not visible to the patient and can only be accessed through the booking.
3. You'll see the note when hovering over the appointment.
4. You can also click on the appointment
5. And the notes will show up in the sidebar
6. To edit a note, click on the Pen icon
7. Adjust the note
8. And click "Save changes"
