See Who Created or Edited an Appointment
It can be useful to know who created an appointment and, if it has been updated, who edited it. You can easily find that information in the Patient360, and this guide will show you how.
Step by step
1. In Patient360, click "Bookings"
2. Click on the column icon
3. Select "Source"
4. You can now see if the appointment was made by the clinic, and which staff member created it, or if the patient booked it online.
5. For further information, and to see who has edited an appointment, click on "Customer Journey"
6. Here, you can see who has created all the appointments for the patient.
7. You can click on "View Appointment" to get details about that appointment
8. You'll also find information about whether an appointment was updated and who made that update.
