Create a Journal Template

This article explains how to create reusable journal templates. Journal templates help standardize clinical notes and save time when documenting in Patient360. Once a template is saved, you can use it across patient records and customize it as needed.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to Settings.

2. Scroll down and click "Journal Templates"

3. Click "Add Template"

4. Add your text and any related attachments and information. Once the template is ready, click "Save"

5. To use the template, navigate to a patient's Patient360. Click "Journal"

6. Click "Create"

7. Click "Use a template"

8. Choose the template you want to use, edit it as needed and then publish the journal entry.
