Set up a down payment or multiple instalments for an invoice


This article will guide you through setting up a down payment for a patient or create multiple instalments for an invoice.


Setting up a down payment or creating multiple instalments is easy to do in Adoreal. If you haven't already created the invoice, please follow this article, and it will guide you through how to set down payment too: Create an Invoice for an Appointment


If you already have an invoice created, simply follow these steps.

Step-by-step



1. Navigate to the patient's Patient360




2. Click "Invoices"




3. Click on the invoice you want to add instalments for




4. Click on the pen icon.




5. Click on the + sign until you have the number of instalments needed. You can add up to 7 of them




6. Adjust the amount of each instalments




7. You'll have the option of setting a different due date for each.




8. Once it's correct, click "SAVE"



9. The patient will be reminded to pay each instalment in line with the set due date. Once an instalment is paid, it will be marked as such in the invoice. The invoice as a whole will be marked "Partially paid". When the whole invoice is paid, you'll see the status updated to "Paid"
