Approving a Quote
Approving a quote finalizes it and creates an invoice automatically. It’s the last step before payment and ensures that both you and the patient are aligned on the confirmed treatment plan.

Step-by-Step
1. Navigate to the patient's Patient360 and click "Financials"

2. You can approve a quote in two ways. The first option is to click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the quote you want to approve.

3. and select "Approve Quote"

4. Alternatively, click directly on the Quote ID to open and review the quote before approving.

5. Once you are ready to approve, click "More actions"

6. Click "Approve Quote"

7. You need link the Quote to an appointment. If you haven't already created an appointment, click the black calendar icon to open the Schedule and create a new appointment. When you’re done, return to the quote to continue.

8. If the patient has more than one appointment, use the arrows to scroll and find the correct appointment

9. Once the correct appointment is selected, click Approve to finalize the quote.

10. The quote is now approved and automatically converted into an invoice. The patient will receive a notification.
