Link Journal Entries to an Appointment
Journal entries can be linked to the appointment they belong to, keeping clinical documentation organized and connected to the visit it was created for. A journal entry created directly from the appointment is linked automatically, but one created from Patient360 needs to be linked manually.
You can link as many entries as you'd like and a journal entry can be unlinked from an appointment at any time. Unlinking doesn't delete the entry — it remains accessible in the patient's Patient360 and can be relinked to an appointment whenever needed.
