Overview of Paperwork


What it is:

Procedure Paperwork gives staff a centralised place to manage internal clinical documentation for patients, such as nurse assessments, surgeon notes, and pre-op checklists. Instead of tracking documents manually via spreadsheets or external tools, you'll have a shared checklist to work from before and on procedure day.


Build reusable form checklists from templates, apply them to a patient as a Packet, and fill and track each form's completion status — all without leaving Adoreal.


Procedure Paperwork is visible to clinic staff only and does not appear in the patient app.


Access: 

There are two levels of access for Procedure Paperwork. All staff can create templates and packets, and fill and save any form as a draft. Staff with edit access can also re-edit saved forms and mark forms as complete. Contact your GDE to set up edit access for the relevant team members.
