Send Invoices with Pay by Link

Pay by Link lets clinics send patients a secure payment link or QR code to pay invoices online, quickly, safely, and without needing to visit the clinic. The link is sent by email or shared directly, and payments are processed through a trusted payment gateway. Once paid, the invoice is automatically updated in the system. If a link expires after 12 hours, a new one can easily be generated.

Step-by-Step

1. Create your invoice as usual

2. Click on "Send"

3. Click on "Send and Pay"

4. Choose the option "Pay by Link"

5. Click on "NEXT"

6. You can either copy the link and manually send it to the patient

7. Or send it directly to their email

8. The link is valid for 12 hours, and you'll have the option to generate a new link if the patient didn't pay within the time frame.

9. Once the patient has paid, the invoice will automatically be marked as "Paid" in-app.

10. If you have already created the invoice and sent it to the patient, you can still create a payment link for them.

11. Simply go to the invoice, choose the correct instalment and click "Pay"

12. Choose the "Pay by Link" option and follow the previously outlined steps.
