A Packet can include documentation that needs to be filled in ahead of and during a procedure. Forms are set up specifically for your organisation, based on what your practice needs. 

They can be saved as a draft to return to later, or marked as complete to lock them permanently once finished.

⚠️ There are two staff roles in completing forms:

• All staff — can  fill in and save documentation as a draft.
• Staff with edit access — can do everything above, and also re-edit saved documentation and mark it as complete.
