Package reports

The Packages report gives you one place to see how your packages are selling, and which patients still have treatments waiting to be used.

Popular packages

Pick a period and you'll see how many packages you sold and what they brought in, with a row for each package so you can compare them side by side.

Patients with unused packages

The "Needs attention" list gathers patients who need a nudge, split into three groups: packages expiring soon, packages bought but never started, and packages that stalled partway through. A patient only ever appears in one group, so you can work down the list without contacting anyone twice.
