Manage Gift Cards

Keeping track of your gift cards is easy with the Gift Card Reports section in Adoreal. This article walks you through how to access and navigate your gift card overview, filter by status or expiration date, and view the full details and transaction history of individual gift cards.

Gift cards can be redeemed at any of your offices and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase by default. If you'd like a shorter or longer expiration period, just reach out and we'll adjust it for you.

Statuses

• Open — The gift card has been added to an invoice that hasn't been paid yet. The gift card will not be active until the invoice is paid in full.
• Purchased — The invoice has been paid and the gift card is active, but it has not yet been transferred to a recipient and remains in the purchaser's name.
• Transferred — The gift card has been assigned to a new recipient.
• Redeemed — The gift card has been used to pay for part of an invoice, but still has a remaining balance.
• Closed — The gift card has been fully used and has no remaining balance.
• Expired — The gift card has passed its expiration date and can no longer be used. Any remaining balance has been forfeited.
