Create a Paperwork Packet

A Packet is a procedure-specific folder where everything related to a patient's procedure is kept. Set one up for each appointment, or create one that covers the whole patient journey, from consultation to follow-up. You can build a Packet from a pre-configured Template, which applies the necessary forms and documentation automatically, or put one together manually by selecting individual forms.
