Issue a Full or Partial Refund
You can issue a full or partial refund for any invoice. If the patient paid through Adoreal or by card at the clinic, the amount will be automatically refunded to the patient. For payments made by Cash, Financing, or Bank Transfer, the system will mark the invoice as refunded, but you’ll need to manually return the funds to the patient.
